Your opinion is correct which is why I am constantly perturbed by folks saying they don't want their taxes going to Snap people buying steaks (doesn't happen) yet are okay with their tax dollars paying for the waterfront properties upkeep that we aren't allowed in and the wars they don't fight in.

If we are having an honest discussion we need to remind everyone that once many immigrants become Americans or green card holders they quickly join up with the racists against Black Americans in the hope they will be treated better.

This is the agenda they cannot win. Why not add free food and drinks on Friday happy hour in every state. Remember, if we don't win we cannot enact anything without a majority. Our agenda is to elect Democrats in order to have a majority to start working on getting things done.

It should concern everyone what we are doing to these people. We cannot need treat them as animals for months and then expect them, if they are lucky enough to get back home, not to show any signs of anger or disillusionment.

Here we go again. I would caution them to keep their distance. Her followers are not as nice or as tolerant as those who followed VP Harris' lead.

My concern is her talking the "fauxgressives" lingo that Democrats don't fight. If she picks up the Bernie crew campaigning habit of dumping on the base and using Dem "elite" references she will fail. Her power is in being a strong uniter against the GOP and keeping a safe distance from "the Squad".

I am 💯 percent against rank choice voting in primaries. Rank choice voting is not a "fix" but an additional hurdle to work through. Open primaries are also problematic.No one wants to admit this but both proposals tend to be obstacles geared toward eliminating (or weakening) the Democratic base.

There is "loving" us at a distance when we do the work to make their lives easier and "loving" us in positions they prefer to be held by their own.

We haven't had a working Congress for some time. We have Democrats consistently bringing attention to the Republican majority destroying our country and billionaires enjoying unbelievable profits because of them. Remember this at midterms.

The need to be validated by white people and white society is strong. It is impossible for most people to understand the need for those who have been told to make sure they are not mistaken for an "American Negro", even though it is us, the American Negro who opened the door they walked in.

He just ended any possibility of an invitation to the cookout. They always show who they are where we are concerned.

Amazing and a well deserved celebration. You have already achieved more than you even knew you were capable of. Today is a good day and it is important you chose to share it with others, especially that one someone none of us know who spent today as day one of their sobriety.
