For me there is an aesthetic and sexual element to it too.
I may have thought of myself as agender before because I didn't want to exist that time. Like a ghost. I wasn't falling in love with anyone IRL that time either, but I'm different now.

Would labeling myself as a cisgender ally be any better? I assume that identifying as queer with pronouns on my bio already indicates my full acceptance of the whole LGBTQ+ spectrum.

I understand. I was just trying to express my thoughts regarding identifying as demiboy. Sorry if it came off as argumentative.
I do also see gender as a social construct. I want it for myself regardless. It'd be nice if everyone got to choose freely for themselves too.

IDK. I want to be fully male, not partially. Yes, I was non-binary in the past, but it shouldn't define my identity permanently.
I am already considering making a demi-masc character, but currently I have no intention of identifying myself as such.
It's good that I got to reflect on it at least.

Makes sense. The same applies that trans people don't have to experience gender dysphoria either in order to transition. Nobody has to prove they're suffering if they just want to be something else, whether it's trying out new identities or appearances. They might even have a euphoric experience.
