Long time no talk. I get Migraines as well - the whole visual distortions, the headaches aren't so bad for me any more.
But I figured out that dehydration was my main trigger - especially during summer months. Stay hydrated, hope that helps :)

It's a nice cool 14C in Dublin today :) Still very humid, so doesn't feel cold and not too warm - The Goldilocks zone :D

Just one small problem with that. Ukraine doesn't receive $61 billion, most of the money is sent to US weapons manufacturers to buy weapons to send to Ukraine. Your statement is easily debunked and is the sort of crap Trump would come out with

If you can afford it, it's still better to buy local foods than mass produced stuff
Since covid it's gotten worse though - but that applies everywhere. It seems company CEOs and shareholders have just gotten more greedy and exploitative
