As a child of wintry Quebec the cold does not scare me. This is why the good lord gave us long johns. Sun will always be more important than temperature.

To be fair, that's sort of how it was in St. Louis. I could ski maybe once a year and I had to get out first thing before the snow slushed up.

I foolishly moved my cross country kit over here. It has been sitting untouched in the attic ever since. Every time I see the skis I think, 'What were you thinking Venus?'
