Unhappy to report that I am still insane and remember now why I completely stopped speaking to people socially for the first 6 months of 2024

I haven’t been able to exercise for like 2 weeks and I can feel the mental illness like breathing down my neck

Keep forgetting ab this acct but I need to use it bc I haven’t been able to be properly expressive on my twitter for like over a year

I still don’t know what to do about my predicament

I am making familiar mistakes (?) but I am less afraid of them this time
