My Steam Awards nominations for the end of the year, having to only choose 11 games was such a tall order this time around. Too many wonderful games this year, but this is the rundown thus far.

In the mission "Octavio Snap", it is possible to latch on to Octavio's ferris wheel cart before Bentley tells you to do so. Because the game is expecting you to latch on afterwards, you can ride the ferris wheel as much as you like with Octavio without ending the mission.

Within the mission "Vampiric Demise" in Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, you must protect Sly Cooper as he cracks open fireworks stashes from waves of Jiang Shi vampires.
If you open your binocucom & zoom in on Sly as he's opening a stash, you'll see that the stash's combination lock is only one digit.

I've been throughly enjoying my time with Disco Elysium during my off-hours. Currently on Day 3, but man do I see myself returning to this game on & off in my lifetime.
They're moving to PS2 emulation & PS1 netplay soon. This is an incredible endeavor that seeks to bring back classics to modern audiences. Make your voices heard & support these releases. www.implicitconversions.com/roadmap

Gonna give Pac-Man a rest for the time being, got several games lined up for November & having this lil guy & Spongebob for Sept. - Oct. have been wonderful palette cleansers after OFF.
I've been feasting wonderfully with 3D platformers, but I'll be moving to other genres for the remainder of 2025.

Pac-Man World 2: Re-Pac has been 100% completed. I'm definitely gonna be revisiting this in the future whenever the collabs drop minus the 100% parts (if I can help it).

There was something oddly soothing about the lil' walks across outposts, the inventory management & scavenging for gear. The absolute silence of going on a hiking trail being broken off by sudden moments of gunfire is so thrilling that it makes my brain happy.

There's a blacklist of swear words in Once Upon a Katamari so you can't have the King of All Cosmos swearing like a sailor, but I found a way around it & the results make King sound way more aggressive in his remarks.

Learned that the new Katamari Damacy game has a full-on character customization feature & I quickly decided that we should go bowling.
