The coming weeks will focus on solidifying feedback loops to refine the roadmap further. Current priority is open source tooling, but the dream is letting users select cloud tools for things like OCR, plus refining entity and relationship extraction. Those are concerns well into Q2 2026. Exciting!!

Beyond that, we’re creating a sustainable system for communicating with new users. Those on the waitlist shouldn’t feel like they’re in a dark void. They need to know what’s coming, and those now eligible for limited preview need to know they’re in.

We’re also laying the groundwork for expanding the limited preview with a queue system, referral-based plan upgrades, and soon SSO/magic link login. More on that soon.

This past week has been split between refining GTM efforts and evaluating organic vs paid acquisition.

We’re also launching an early access referral program. If you refer someone who signs up, your trial plan automatically upgrades to on-demand, which lets you process up to 500mb of data per file type in a single session. Cap of 2 referrals per person.

VectorFlow now offers a simple demo on the front page for users to try. See the types of back-and-forth interactions possible, previews at various stages, and what the reusable YAML looks like as you progress through the pipeline. Video walkthrough and explanation coming soon.

I will say: Posthog is significantly less painful as a platform to deal with in a greenfield project than a brownfield one. And the capabilities are incredible for a free product.

This past week has been a deep dive into web and product analytics, funnel development, and both paid and organic GTM work. I’ve been testing which messaging resonates most with VectorFlow’s audience and mapping out the next steps for this early but promising project. Stay tuned!
