Me and Doug and 3 little pugs 🐶🐶🐶
Our sweet Shelby passed away this weekend. We adopted her as an older dog, and we only got 5 1/2 years with her, but I’d do it all over again. She had the biggest personality. She loved her toys, foraging for dandelions and picking strawberries, and screaming at other dogs, she kept me laughing.

We took a free Nature Journaling class this morning through Columbia Parks and Rec. It was led by a park ranger, and we learned so much. 10/10 recommend, it was such a peaceful experience.

I’m doing the Broader Bookshelf Challenge through Richland Library, and just finished The Girls We Sent Away. This was for the Historical Fiction in the American South prompt. It tells the story of young women in the 1960’s who would be sent to maternity homes when they got pregnant. I recommend!
