I think it means if you take Your Party out of the equation as other pollsters have then you get 11%. If all pollsters asked about Your Party, the Green Party percentage would be somewhat lower.

It's both. I doubt had Adrian Ramsey won the leadership election that the Greens would have seen quite this rise. In fact, membership had drastically increased already before Your Party started infighting.

I bet within the next month membership will have doubled since he became leader on 2nd September. That'll be doubled in about 2 months.
