Anyways boohoo it's a new year nobody wants to hear me whine so ignore this vent

I'm already at this point where my love to make art is kinda dwindling which I largely owe to the corpo job I'm forced to do for financial reasons so even the smallest things kinda fastrack that process. I don't even know if art is really something I'm "good" at anymore. Like was I ever?.

I dotn really know anymore. That site either makes me feel like im overrated or just ignores me. It makes me feel like people like me for the content over the art itself. So idk. And Elon is making a good job making it worse for everyone

It's either 5000 likes or 50 likes there's no in between. And it wld be 50 likes for something I put a lot of details and worked hard on and was proud of while the 5000 likes is the umpteenth Mirio meme sketch of the week. Sometimes both flop

I don't really know what twitter wants anymore. I can blame the algorithm like every other artist does but my shitty mha opinion twts have no problem vetting 1000s of likes for no reason. My reach is fine when I don't care for reach. Likes for art is a gamble
