I have two other people in my life that live with chronic pain, it reminds me a lot of what you talk about.
I can understand why you may feel guilty and need to apologize, but I wouldn't worry too much. You're clearly dealing with a lot. I wish I could help. You can talk to me if you need to.

No problem! I always trust doctors, but there is nothing wrong in finding a reddit or something, posting what you have, and seeing if any response is worth bringing up with your doctor.
