Made it to Bsky where I’ll share some of my (vegan) food and music experimentations. Kicking off: tamales “de dulce” filled with blackberry marmalade and vegan camembert. Sauce on top is soy cream with vanilla and red fruits. Garnished with chopped mint and low carb chocolate syrup.
