Well aware, I'm a big fan of these plants specifically! I sometimes dabble in paleobotany for my own fiction projects because the plants just look so unique

I get unreasonably annoyed anytime I look up the Samnites and get anything Lucanian because people either can't tell them apart or think the distinction doesn't matter. Not really the Lucanians fault though, they should not have bombed
