Would there be something folks up north do when it gets that cold to help their car start, like use a heated blanket or something?

Oh no! Not only having to get up extra early but having to deal with that level of cold, that's terrible :<

Granted, I'd been gradually working out over the past few months since about early November, but I started targeting just my upper body around Christmas and made faster progress

Next is working on my lower body and core, and after that back and shoulders. I'm rather liking this different, more targeted way of working out. Once I have everything back up to where I was (or better), I'll work things out in a more balanced way ^^

I don't think I have that, but as I was drifting off to sleep last night using a technique of thinking of random words to ease myself to sleep, my brain was suddenly like "... MMO private server you haven't thought of in literal years, look it up before you forget" pleasantly surprised, but why???

I guess there are still some people out there that are just that superstitious ^^;
It's wild to me that people actually believe that in a serious way, though
