PMI doesn't cover much - generally yard maintenance and the cost to sell it. Banks are not profiting via PMI

Having a $700 car pmt is preventing a lot of people from buying a home. What's more important, a 3 yr old car or a house? Most people don't earn enough to do both.

Banks do not want those homes. Foreclosed homes are a huge expense.

I'm a mortgage underwriter and people are drowning in credit card and ridiculous auto debt. Almost every file I decline has a car payment above $700 when they make less than $100k.

Call your dept of health to see if they offer it.

💯 but that's where we are at in this modern hellscape of late stage capitalism

My doc requested them as I had no childhood medical records. Insurance paid for it along with normal blood work for my annual physical.

I'm getting the MMR shot tomorrow.

I'm getting my MMR tomorrow. No mumps protection after a titers test.
February 27, 2025 at 5:38 PM
I have no problem traveling to Mexico or anyplace else if I have to in order to get a life saving vaccine.

I just scheduled an MMR vax appt for tomorrow. I had titer testing and have no mumps protection. You can absolutely get another MMR with no issues if you are concerned. While it's supposed to last for life, it doesn't always.

3/3 with this outbreak appearing to be ready to pop off, I'm getting boosters at age 53.

The vaccine protection isnt lifetime for everyone. Getting a booster doesn't hurt even if you have immunity.

Go get tested or boosted to protect yourself and loved ones.

2/ ?

My Dr ordered titers tests about 2 yrs ago. Titer testing will reveal the efficacy of vaccinations. My mumps was non existent, measles low and rubella (German measles) was ok ish.

I had mumps as a kid and assumed that protected me. Apparently I just don't have that ability.

What's wild is how many people commented on articles about the outbreak with how measles is just a normal childhood disease no biggie. None of them are posting their BS on the article about a child's death. Strangely silent all of a sudden.

My mother was on SSI and Medicaid. I'm thankful she passed in December before the cuts and general everything killed her from worry and stress.

Which is perfect. The message went out to those who needed to hear it and understand it.

It's not like a song is gonna change his black shriveled up heart anyways
