There's a Unity NPC in each starting city. The Records of Eminence under Tutorial > Basics > All for One will list where they are in each city.

Just talk to your Unity NPC and choose "take me to a wanted encounter" and there will be a list of NM levels. Within each category will be loads of zones you can just warp to!

You gotta unlock them Unity Warps. Ain't no need for all this crawling around.

XI. You can grind almost forever. The limit on how great you want your character is entirely up to you and how much you want to put into it. I love it.
