also i Love my job. i think the issue here is corporate boundaries and having to be wage slave to Live. im changing these shifts in the future so i only work 8 hours and not 12 already, im willing to make less money and actually take care of myself before work

it's complicated and takes so much time to be stable, and it takes so much patience and self regulating, but it's not impossible,,
