i mean even when they do act more mature its in mostly superficial ways, like damara (also horuss i guess but his style of humor isnt much more sexual than equius) acting extremely sexual

i think this is 100% intended on top of the "being generally 1.5D characters" as a result of them never finishing their session, since a huge part of sburb is about growing up. and since they didnt get a chance to win, they never really did grow up

a thing im sure has been talked about before but i at least haven't seen mentioned abt homestuck, almost none of the dancestors act like adults. i literally didnt know they were 19 when i read the comic at first cuz they act only moderately more mature than the other trolls

the paradoxical reality of owning a laptop is that it allows me to be more productive by taking it out to places like the library to help me focus and keeps me away from dicking around and playing games all day, but is also the biggest boon in my laziness cuz now i get to computer in bed
