Yeeeeah, sometimes I'm glad I'm NC with my parents. I mean, mostly I'm just sad they can't be in my life. But then I remember who they are, and I'd rather not let them back in. I can't make it better, but I can prevent it from getting worse. 😔

I checked last night, it's true, it seems. If your inbox has the split appearance, with like, primary, updates, social, etc., tabs, then you're opted into "smart" functions.
I turned mine off, and it went to one inbox again, and I've not seen that layout in years.

I got so bad at keeping myself food-ified that my dietician put me on ensure shakes. A good call, but now I have a harder time eating solid food because I have two nutrient shakes a day. It's a weird existence.
