Mayday carnage in Wellington this morning, 160kmh gusts = wind blowing pot plant out of its pot. Locals be like “what wind?”. Will try to be more local.

So as I mentioned below, we’re moving to Pōneke/Wellington early next year. In odd problems I have to solve - I have a few cubic metres of milled/dried European beech wood I’m trying to work out what to do with. Any maker spaces/peeps interested in storing/mutual use etc?

Not this one but: 1976 Fiat 127 (same colour, 903cc). First engine seized on the open road about half an hour out of chch. Replaced the engine with a friend from another freshly restored (then written off) Fiat. Left it on girlfriends farm and went overseas, it got eaten out by rats. Very sad.

I mean you just trolling now? This is a designated walk AND a 100km an hour section of road just metres from the “caution” sign, with “ahem” walkway.

Note the proof, aging yellow “Windsor walkway” signs and a “caution pedestrians” sign.

Currently out for a walk on the local designated walk that is essentially just a rural road with plans for a walk. They were literally about to start work on making it safe but apparently that’s been stopped, this you Waka Kotahi? www.1news.co.nz/2023/11/05/o...

My favourite instrument, it’s a rubber string ukulele bass that’s cheeky enough to sound at times like an upright. Oh yeah I’m building a studio setup.
