Happy to share our study showing the effect of gluten-free diet on T cells in NOD mice! We knew that gluten-free diet prevents diabetes. Now we know that it promotes Treg function and modulates phenotype of NKT cells. @eurjimmunol.bsky.social onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10....
