It should give an intentional start to the day, but also an accurate record without all the scribbling out and rewriting people end up doing every time they deviate from the plan. So here's my first day in progress. Added some stickers because if you're gonna do something, why not make it cute 🥰

So I think I'm going to do away with the expensive planner and just use a regular notebook. Use a two page spread per day. Also means I won't waste half the book if I miss days. On the first page I'll time block my intentions for the day. But on the second page I'll log my actual activities.

I used a planner to do interstitial journaling. Thought I was just failing at timeblocking, but turns out it's a whole different system I was using. Timeblocking is planning ahead. Interstitial is basically Captain's Log style where you record activities as they happen.

If anyone knows of a book that dumbs down this subject and actually makes it understandable for the mathematically challenged, I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions 🙏
