A favorite word comes to mind. Obsequious. Moira Rose would love it. The synonyms are great, too. Servile, toadying, unctuous, greasy, smarmy, groveling, subservient. All descriptors of a man who attended medical school and serves in Congress. How embarrassing for him.

Maybe the rural folks woke up to the fact that their schools would lose funds and because the nearest private schools are hours away and not an option for them, decided to say nope.

Getting voting records and calling people who oppose their regime domestic terrorists are all part of the plan. Got to keep those places full. Free labor and the people running them are making billions. They aren't stopping with immigrants.

Whew, I'm glad it turned out the way it did then. Corporate capture and genocide are no longer an issue. We really dodged disaster.

It's mostly a pretense of accountability. The public having the ability to record police interactions has changed things to a degree, but it's still rare for someone in LE to pay a price for bad outcomes. Unfortunately, what's going on here is the wet dream for lots of LE personnel.

I put this in the same putrid category as other reality shows. Humiliation and cruelty being the main points of the show. So it's no real shocker it's where we've gone as a society.

I think they're reading it as each thing is separate. Forcibly assaults. Impedes. Not forcibly assaults. Forcibly impedes. Someone with more legal knowledge than me needs to interpret it. It seems overly broad to me. Impedes could be almost anything.

We, US taxpayers, paid to have this woman killed. A far too large group of our fellow citizens will excuse and / or enjoy this murder. We have fallen into a horrific death spiral I fear we'll never recover from.

I'm disturbed by their involvement in puppy mills. Animal cruelty is not a particularly savory way to make a living.

I'm not. The person who made the post is saying that for practical purposes, those who choose to ignore those things are the people Democrats should back. That by ignoring them, Democrats can win. I'm not sure that throwing people under the bus is winning.

So immigration is bad, multiculturalism is bad? By appearing to agree through silence, that any actions currently being used to address those issues, as in ICE actions and attacking communities of color, I'm not sure those are winning positions with most Democrats. Sounds like a Republican to me.

The comment about Democrats heads exploding says it all. It's not about improving the world, uplifting anyone or anything. MAGA is all about making people feel bad, being a bully and laughing at the pain and chaos they leave behind. They are pathetic, vile people.

The math ain't mathing. Let's say 300k votes were counted twice (they weren't). They could'nt have been specifically votes for Biden, or he would have won by 300k, not 11,779. If it was a mixed batch, both Trumps and Bidens were counted twice, and it makes it irrelevant.
