they don't get much for supporting this, not enough value for Quebec. but the government probably isn't going to fall tonight, I think the NDP will vote present as they are absolutely not ready for an election.

they're all playing games, but that's how it goes. I don't think they actually want the government to fall, I just think they want to be able to say they stood up for Quebec as the PQ gets ready to get back into power

I don't think they expect it to fail, I think they expect to be able to say "we are protecting Quebec from a bad deal" which I don't necessarily think it is but that's BQ brain for you.
