Watching the news from Australia in the aftermath of the Bondi Beach attack, I keep hearing "gun control", which don't get me wrong, I'm all for, but I'm still not hearing "Islamist terrorism", which I'm all against, as should anyone with a modicum of morality. Why is that? 🤔

Catching the odd episode of #sexandthecity on TV I remember what a good series it is and I use it to try to rinse every last vestige of the memory of that hideous & shameless mistake that was #andjustlikethat. Not that I watched more than 1 episode, but the YouTube videos were gold.

Nothing but admiration for Sanddie Peggy for fighting, but what a disappointingly cowardly judgement which leaves room for dystopian double-think in which some men can potentially be treated as women. I hope she pursues this further & wins properly.

Pronouns are words that we use to talk about people & things, including ourselves. When you talk about yourself, you use 1st person pronouns which, in most languages, are not gendered. To say that you "use" certain pronouns when people refer to you is nonsensical. You don't use them, others do.

Season 4 of #Motherland as advertised by #Netflix turned out to be just a Christmas special which was by far the worst episode of a series that had already been going to the dogs since season 2. What a sad ending to a sad journey. I miss actual comedy.

I admired Dillahunty until I realised he was not a skeptic, he was just a guy with a propensity for extremism. His new cult is now the trans cult, & he goes through the most pathetic mental gymnastics to defend it. Great to see him put in his place.
