I'm hoping they are already secretly training pilots. At least Sweden has confirmed that it has donated items that Russia will be aware of on the battlefield. Maybe Gripens?

According to Saab, they can quickly produce new Gripen planes if Sweden decides to send fighter jets to Ukraine. There are already 14 completed airframes. So, Sweden donating one division does not seem too far-fetched.

Sweden will likely give old, but still very capable, Gripen C/D. And aim to sell E/F versions in the future
