@joy.msnbc.com Let’s not let them off the hook with saying they are against some nebulous DEI. Let’s reintroduce Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into the lexicon, forcing opponents to say they are against diversity, against equity, against inclusion.

@joy.msnbc.com DEI is a thing, a call sign, a trigger. Diversity, equity and inclusion are ideals and principles. Diversity, equity and inclusion are moral, ethical and humane traits we should strive to embrace and embody. DEI is impersonal and undefined.

@joy.msnbc.com I want to ask a favor. Please start saying “diversity, equity and inclusion” instead of “DEI”. By saying the real words we can hopefully slow down the desensitization which is taking effect.
