Making Wolf at the Door was our first experience of working with a proper producer (Mark Wallis) in a fancy studio (Soho Studios on Torrington Place). We definitely had no idea what we were doing but it was very exciting.

I seem to remember that my life was very chaotic at the time and I arrived feeling a bit jaded and anxious. By the time we wrapped, my mood had been totally uplifted by the sense of fun and community that everyone brought to the day.

So if you’ve never seen us live before and wonder what it’s like then play it nice and loud on your headphones in a really crowded place like a subway at rush hour and then just shut your eyes and sing as loudly as you can. Dancing and clapping are also advised.
