This is heartbreaking. I can’t help but wonder how this lack of basic maintenance might contribute to further fires across the country. 😞

All that to ask: is the left going about this all wrong? And if so, what should we be doing differently?

I also wonder about all of the court proceedings. Are we just playing into their hands? All it seems to do is cause a pause before later being overturned. Is precedent then established, making it harder or potentially eliminating any chance of bringing these fuckers to justice eventually?
