This bill isn't just on all the cowardly Republicans who voted for it in both the house and Senate. It's on every voter who supported a Republican at the ballot box, and it's on every potential voter who sat out for whatever reason.

The Democratic Party is gone. 10 spineless cowards couldn't even put up a show of a fight. Couldn't manage to oppose the tyrant and the fool. My only hope is whatever rises from the ashes of this pile of cowards is a coalition of people ready to fight tooth and nail to save whatever is left.
