FINALLY it's October, the month of important specialist appointments. I have my long-awaited endoscopy/colonoscopy next Friday and an FMD test at the hospital the following Monday. Then I see my neurologist for the first time on the 29. He's the best in the state!

Currently sitting by the toilet at 3:22am praying I don't throw up my meds. I need sleep so badly.

At least once a week, I have to take 2 laxatives instead of 1 daily bc that's the only time I'll poop. I even take stool softeners twice a day. If I go up to 2 laxatives daily, it's straight liquid. There's no in-between. My doctors literally don't know what to do it's sad.

Pushed myself way to far this weekend on vacation so ofc I'm in a flare again. All I want to do is sleep but I'm up for 2nd night in a row with severe acid reflux/stomach pain.
I really just want a break from this crap.

I can't explain it but NOTHING has been right lately. My cardiologist started me on a steroid, and I've been having symptoms I don't usually experience very often. Not sure if they're connected though.

Unsurprisingly, the trip back home was brutal. Was very nauseous 2hrs in and had to pull over. Been hopping rest stops every 30 miles to rest and hydrate. Passed out in the last stop and it was super embarrassing. I can't wait to be home 😵💫

I haven't been able to fall asleep until 4 or 5am as of late and it's been mucking up my whole schedule. I can't tell if it's just insomnia or ADHD or both.

As it turns out, I'm 1000% allergic to medical grade adhesive. This rash on my chest is probably the worst reaction I've ever gotten.
Been putting hydrocortisone cream on it praying it gets better! 🤞

So I had to take off my heart monitor completely and have been advised to return it. My skin for some reason reacted horribly to all the medical adhesive, including the hypoallergenic strips! Left photo was last night, the right was today.

Second time around with this heart monitor. In the three days I've had it, I've replaced the strip that holds the monitor twice bc of "poor skin contact". I can't wait until these 7 days are over!

Had a pretty severe mental breakdown yesterday. I walked almost to the local highway with the intent to end my life. But I got really dizzy halfway there and ended up sitting down in the woods to contemplate life.
I don't know where to go from here honestly.
