Thats a lot of assumptions. Surely you don’t believe everyone who disapproves killing the unborn thinks children should be “discarded”

Is the baby more a “commodity” when it’s property of the mother to do however she pleases, or a human deserving of respect & dignity at all stages of development?
January 23, 2026 at 2:09 AM
Do you think every person who disapproves of killing the unborn is also an uncritical ICE supporter?
January 23, 2026 at 2:06 AM
Christianity is not about “not judging”. That’s hippy logic.

Prejudice & discrimination are indispensable for proper discernment.

You seem like a good hearted person. Your correct temperance is a virtue. I’d love it if you could share in the fullness of truth in the Catholic Church.

Now you’ve moved to the “you can’t tell me what to do” stance, you’ve revealed all that junk about “it’s just cells” & “viability” was a smokescreen, just as I said.

Either the unborn have rights, or no humans have innate rights. No innate human rights? No “right to choose”. You can’t have both.
January 22, 2026 at 9:58 PM
Totally illogical. People can “decide” certain things for themselves, but that doesn’t mean if they decide something is “right”, that it now becomes right or wrong.

No other moral issue is treated this way. Can a white person discuss slavery?Defending someone besides yourself is virtuous.
January 22, 2026 at 9:55 PM
You’re correct, one of the beautiful things about God’s creation of humanity is endowing us with free will. But “free will” does not indicate the permissibility of anything done with that free will.

Freedom is not a virtue in of itself, it is only valuable insofar ordered toward moral means & ends.

Is there a difference between a natural death and the deliberate induced death of another human?

It’s strange you cite miscarriages of fertilized embryos to justify the killing of another human, but later cite fertilized embryos to claim the unborn are NOT human.

It either matters or it doesn’t.
January 22, 2026 at 9:12 PM
You cannot simultaneously hold men have no right to assent to the opposition of killing the unborn, while also assenting to the precedent of Roe V Wade: a ruling decided by nine men.
January 22, 2026 at 9:10 PM
The logic is akin to for example, unbaptized babies, abortions & miscarriages. We leave it up to the mercy of God, yet we should never presume that any person is owed salvation, or that anyone deserves to go to Heaven, that would be a grave error. All grace is gifted by God, not merited by ourselves
January 22, 2026 at 8:43 PM
Emphasis on “CAN” be saved or “MAY” be. The possibility of the salvation of unbaptized people does not lessen any impetus to share the fullness of truth with them.
January 22, 2026 at 8:43 PM
You are absolutely right that God is not bound by His sacraments. For this reason, “baptism of desire” is possible for those individuals who sincerely seek the fullness of truth but are otherwise prevented by actions out of their control. However, the CC affirms we cannot presume any salvation w/o it
January 22, 2026 at 8:36 PM
Absolutely. It’s been a pleasure speaking 👍 God bless
January 22, 2026 at 8:30 PM
Furthermore, the catechism and canon law explicitly condemn the grave heresy of “Indifferentism”, the notion that all religions are equal and there is not obligation to receive the fullness of truth which the Catholic Church holds the exclusive keys to.
January 22, 2026 at 8:29 PM
That’s great! But the major heresies of the first few centuries of the church were also promulgated by people who believed the Apostles Creed. That’s why the Nicene Creed was created 😆
January 22, 2026 at 8:25 PM
CC affirms that other religions, who may contain morsels of truth, can prepare someone for the fullness of truth — the Catholic Church. There is no salvation apart from the church. Anyone who is saved, is by being united to the Church.
January 22, 2026 at 8:24 PM
You’re drawing connections that are not there. Buddhists see themselves as equal with nature, and animals. Catholics understand we are higher than animals, we abstain from meat on fridays because Friday is a penitential day, and refusing meat is the easiest form of fasting for most people.
January 22, 2026 at 8:20 PM
Buddhism & Hinduism are NOT “separated brethren”. That phrase is reserved only for Christians who break from communion with the Holy See.
January 22, 2026 at 8:18 PM
Many aspects of Catholicism, down to smallest detail of how basilica’s are built, is traceable back to ancient Judaism. Monasticism naturally developed, wholly separate from Buddhism &Hinduism. Besides, the former religions seek to find some inner truth/peace, Catholicism reaches for objective truth
January 22, 2026 at 8:18 PM
The understanding is always “Anglican’s will become Catholic” and “orthodox will become Catholics” never “we are all one and the same”.
January 22, 2026 at 8:00 PM
Vatican II’s documents on other religions were written explicitly to rebuke any notion of other religions being equal to Catholicism. At the time, there were multiple international organizations trying to create a united nation of religions, inviting Catholic clergy. CC repudiated that wholly.
January 22, 2026 at 7:59 PM
Pope Francis also affirmed surrogacy is “despicable” akin to “child trafficking”, gender ideology is “evil”, same sex marriage is “diabolical”, same sex couples are “not families”, “convert, so you don’t end up in hell” etc.
January 22, 2026 at 7:57 PM
Once again, an extreme misunderstanding of his quote. The Holy Father was referring to welcoming LGBT into church. No offense, but talking to you is proof that there was a major crisis of poor catechesis in the latter 20th century. Pope Francis also said there was too much faggotry in the clergy.
January 22, 2026 at 7:53 PM
This is one of the greatest misunderstandings in regard to the second Vatican council. CC affirms that other religions can prepare one for the fullness of truth, but no one can presume salvation outside of the Catholic Church. Baptism, Eucharist, the sacraments etc are essential.
January 22, 2026 at 7:51 PM
It’s funny you cite the constitution in your meme, because even Roe V Wade affirmed that there is NO absolute right to one’s body. In 1973, most states had laws restricting or banning abortion. The notion that the US constitution / 14th amendment included right to kill your child is a fantasy.
January 22, 2026 at 7:40 PM
Besides, you can call the unborn whatever you want to call it. If the crux is about “choice” then none of this other fluff matters. The stance of the Pro Choice movement is “any time any reason”.
