When I was in the recovery area after surgery yesterday, they gave me a lemonade iceblock.😀 It made me ridiculously cheerful, like a kid again.

Granted, I was still woozy, so I might have bonked it against my nose a few times instead.😳

Was just chatting with a woman from the US who is here (New Zealand) visiting her mother. She said she had NO IDEA things were so bad in the US until she saw it all from the outside.
