aside from the obvious pros of using rust i think another reason for its popularity is one's perceived superiority when you managed to understand the thing at all to even make use of it which unsurprisingly is one of the reason others dislike the rust community

its not training or anything, its an image classifier, it compares text and image and returns a distance (the shorter the distance the closer the text and image is ie similarity), in this case the search query is the text being compared to a database of images for matching results

ah no its from archives i made of artists i like, i basically bulk downloaded their profiles and most of them have made 1k+ media posts so could never filter out non-art media

can call it a day now, accuracy is uh not great, but thats to be expected my inspirations folder are directly crawled from artists i like so there's a bunch of stuff i personally wouldnt keep there's just ... thousands of them for me to realistically comb through

it is pulling random images from the database while i work on the front end stuff, next on the to-do list is the search feature, still deciding between infinite scrolling and pagination for the gallery

Used to have a tradition where I would draw Morrigan Darkstalkers every October, though I've missed the past few years.

Was thinking if I could muster up the drive I'd do it again, but I'd want her to be doing something cool like using her jet thrusters or her Finishing Shower super art...🤔
