also emulating games on pc always feels weird to me- i dont like all the emulation ui for some reason it kinda brings me out. steam deck is a nice solution for that

in all seriousness though i mostly use it (steam deck) to play long games in bed or just places in my house without my pc

or to play roguelikes on the train and stuff.
