If there are legitimate inconsistencies in how FOIA laws are being applied or if transcripts were altered in a misleading way, that should be addressed. But the way they’re framing it, loaded language, dramatic accusations, makes it clear they’re trying to stir outrage rather than seek truth. 😎

It’s a deflection tactic rather than a solid argument. Instead of focusing purely if this audio should be released based on legal matter, their focus is “Well, if Trump is being prosecuted for this, then Biden should be too.” It’s less about actual transparency & more about political tit-for-tat. 👇🏼

If the DOJ truly altered transcripts or is applying FOIA law inconsistently, that would be a legitimate concern. On the other hand, the selective framing and strong language (“cover-up,” “Biden regime,” etc.) suggest that this is as much about political strategy as it is about transparency.

From a legal standpoint, this is an extension of FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) litigation, which is a normal process for government accountability.
