It’s unsatisfying but 4 chord pop progressions often don’t really conform to harmonic theory.
I think this is a perfectly good analysis. I slightly prefer to think of it as the key of Ab major and vi ii IV I.
It IS not either of those strongly though. It’s a pop/rock vamp progression that loops.
