Ya local weirdo has to wear a compression sleeve +compression gloves in the evening to reduce the swelling and painful wrist cramps throughout the evening.
It'll be a about a week until I see my GP to see what else that I can do.

Also, asides from my snacks that I had for lunch at work today--I did some meal prep and I have made some air fryer salmon fillets, wild rice, and cucumber salad.
(Don't our Frenchies got a puppy cookie after their walk shortly after I have eaten.)
