I hear you! When I was younger, I enjoyed it more and now I find it (tech/the socials) can take me away from things that truly nourish (eg. below) I do like engaging in the world and this is part of our world. And part of me believes there is a higher/better use for it and I can be here for that…

Hi Bluesky. First post. Obsessed by a few things: clouds, my dog Rexie, the sea, rocks and sticks, and the different levels of reality. Living in at least two. Hoping for a soft landing here.
