A few years ago I read The Plague by Camus, during Covid, when it read like a straightforward narrative of plague. Of course for the 80 years before that everyone assumed it was a metaphor for fascism. And that works too. One must refuse to be on the side of the pestilence.

Planning to have this made into Christmas cards to sell for my cycling clubs annual charity Candlelighters.
This one is special…it’s in memory of my best friends son Shaunie who we lost to cancer 9 years ago.
