Brook is a drooler, a fidgeter, and 100% a stealer of all the covers- Spite gets extreemly frustated about how often he has to reposition Lucanis in the night to keep the hugs going🤣. She usually sleeps well but not during game events, with solas invading her dreams & the stress she hardly gets any.

It's impossible to pick between The Visit and The Book of Secrets by Loreen McKennitt for Brook as thats what I was listening to when creating her. The new age style of LM encompasses Brook's strength, resilience, reflection, connectivity, wonder and mysterious nature.

Brook thinks they are amazing and beautiful but she definitely has a healthy respect.She spends alot of time learning about them from Taash too and certainly gave the one the Anthaam had chained a little pet on the back. She's not so keen on Archdemons though.

In general Brook is pretty neutral about the lighthouse, its safe & provides needs which is perfect but she's unnerved but it feeling a little too inviting, she also struggles to sleep due to Solas invading her dreams. As to the regret prison it was very traumatic & involved alot more than we see.

Lucanis mostly calls Brook 'mi amor' or 'Rook' even long after everyone else has stopped using it as it just feels right.

Brook would,in the short term-a month or so, be exceptionally good at The Game however her patience would wane.Whilst she is a great actor (essential for undercover work)& very charming, she can only stand pretending to be someone she isn't,measuing every jesture,analysing every move etc for so long

Brook doesn't care about reputation as she's grounded, job focused & likes to let her work speak for itself. This does shift however when she moves to Treviso as life in Antiva- the internal politics of the Crow's etc is very different to what shes used to & she wants to get it right, for Lucanis.

TLDR - after her biological parents death Brook was raised by single dad Legatus Charon Mercar, after a shaky start he was an excellent Papa to her so they remain extremely close. She is very much like Charon in many ways but most notably humour & determination that verges on stubborness.

If Brook was made to choose it's either Lucanis eyes or hands.The soft way he always looks at her, with his big brown puppy eyes certainly makes her knees weak but his hands are so skilled-both gentle & deadly-plus as they took things so slowly hand touches were their first form of physical intimacy

Brook has had an array of aliases- River, Rill and Missy to name three, so on occasion she is called by one of these by someone she worked undercover with or just came in to contact with at that time. It doesn't bother her it just reinforces the cover worked well and shes good at her job.
