To be fair, I think that describes most people in this world, but probably for other reasons

Back around 2013 I discovered drum and bass and been my favorite genre since then.

Fast forward to COVID, and I discover "Ambient PS1 music" on YouTube, realizing it's all drum and bass, and most PS1 games had at least one dnb track on it.

Seems I was also primed since PS1 in the same way as you

Not only PC and no PS5, but Mobile is a supported platform too!

> The game will be cross platform for mobile and PC

Same! I think it took me like two days of using the Steam Deck before I thought to myself "Why the hell don't they just build a proper console I can park under the TV?!"

And we got something even better, a PC/console hybrid, magical.

Are you using it with cmd.exe on Windows? I think I noticed at one point that npm gets stuck sometimes when you select text inside cmd.exe at the same time it's running.

Never investigated why, probably recoiled in horror as I discovered it

Otherwise it's probably a network request that hangs

It's actually a thing! Hypothesis seems to be that when you had a stressful period and then are about to enter a state of relaxation, your immune system apparently gets the same idea and that makes it easier to get sick!

Also had this same thing happening to me over and over in the past...

Machine Learning inferred caption I'd guess, as the faces aren't blurred at all, but resizing the picture to fit in a ML model could make it seem so.

You missed a third: It has the wrong kind of macros

I was sleeping for a random amount within 5-10 minutes between each download in the hopes of having to avoid that but no luck :( Lesson learned!

The real HATEOAS are the links to friends we found along the way

> The entire game's story is hidden in tons of reading material

What exactly is hidden in reading material?

Just completed DS2 and felt like I understood most of the story, don't think I opened up the Corpus except once or twice to remember some details from DS1

go devs fighting TS devs about anything (and vice versa) is funny since the two languages are more similar than different 😅

Ugh yeah, so much fried battery fluids, ends up really horrible to clean... Luckily most electronics are inside (together with all my music gear), which seems to be holding up a lot better, although I'm still worried...
