Every time Trump breaks the clear letter of the law, the NYT and WaPo write a story about how he’s “pushing boundaries” or “testing the limits of his authority”

When politicians talk about "community safety," they only mention three things: more police, more surveillance, and more punishment.

The result is what we've all seen: more fear, more tension, and more insecurity.

After each shooting, the pattern is exactly the same: prayers, moments of silence, empty statements, political evasions, and then nothing changes.

This cycle itself is a form of collective conspiracy.
