I binged both TNG and DS9 recently, being fat never came up.
If they didn't cure baldness, I'm pretty sure there's several conditions that make people overweight that also didn't get cured.

I love that so many companies are making AI slop Christmas commercials this year. Even advertisements are worse.
I'm actively blocking the company responsible for any AI advertising that I see, just to reduce the slop.
