This idea hit me like a truck and I just had to write this. It's SFW aside from some mentions of arousal, and it's just a quick scene, but I had a lot of fun writing it.

And now I need to go contract a mad scientist to make me some Ninetales HRT
Parker gazed into the mirror and appraised the figure that stared back. It used to be him, and it was almost her, just not quite yet. The pokemon transition project had worked its miraculous magic, condensing decades of research and work into just a few ccs within a syringe. A steady prescription of pills helped the process along, the one that would help the former trainer reach her idealized form, but it was a glacial process. Months of weighing the choice and many months more on the waiting list should have built her patience, graced her with the endurance to trust the process and allow it time to work, but it could not. Every day was another step closer to that finish line that never quite moved from its horizon. Maybe today would be the day. Anticipation fluttered in her chest as she surveyed her frame and figure. Despite the creamy fur that crept across her body, the budding breasts on her chest and the smaller nipples below, the hips that ruined pants and the budding tails that sabotaged skirts, it was her face that had changed the most. She hardly resembled her old self, only the rich amber hue of her eyes remained untouched. Her ears had finished their slow slide up to the top of her head, a milestone that finally freed her from concealing that odd mid-stage under hats and wraps. Her nose had flattened as her muzzle grew out, too short to claim her vulpine heritage, too long to pass as human any longer. Masks still concealed it, only just, and she longed for the day they wouldn’t anymore. Tufts of fur marked her cheeks, and wisps of brilliant blond burned away her dull, brunette roots. The ache in her jaw pulsed as she smiled and showed her teeth. The fangs near the front of her mouth came in well, growing into fine points, but the teeth behind clung to their blunt, flat, human shapes. Embers caught in her core and danced on her breath as her attention drifted lower. She traced the start of of a set of claws around the edges of her pelt, silked softness that ran along her sides but not yet along her belly. That gentle sensation snagged her breath and raised her fur, a response mirrored in the firming of the nubs on her breasts and beside her navel. A soft paunch added to the deepening curves of her waist, and the short, forming lashes of her tails twitched and twisted as she brushed her hips. They had not yet widened as much ass he’d like, but one day they would become proper haunches. Her core clenched and rolled at the thought, and desire slicked the inside of her bare thighs. Heat stoked and smoldered. It was a spark compared to what it would become, the closest her mostly human body could manage for the moment. The thought of presenting herself to some needy stud sent a shudder down her spine and drew a yip from her snout. Disciple won over desire, however, at least for the moment. She withdrew her trembling fingers from the crux of her hips in favor of touching something much more significant. A pokeball sat perched on her counter, nestled against the base of a ramp fashioned from a magazine. The ball itself was simple, white lower half, pink upper half, decorated with a large heart above its latch. It shined in the light of her bathroom, ordinary and pristine as the day she bought it. With any luck, today might be the day it worked on her. Parker tempered her expectations with reality, yet her clawed finger still shook as she reached for it. Carefully, she avoided its latch and rolled it up the little hill. Assuming it worked, it would not do for her to be pulled inside and stuck on her counter. Still, that notion sent a flicker through her tails as she rolled it to its peak. She hesitated only an instant, exactly long enough to breathe a hopeful prayer to Arceus, then tapped its latch. The ball popped open, the ruby light within spilled and raced up her form. She closed her eyes and anticipated its dispersal, the faint, subtle release of a failed capture, but it did not come. Instead, vertigo took her. The world dissolved, the almost-pokemon lifted with weightlessness. Shock and euphoria alike swelled in her chest, an elated cry of “Tales” burst from her snout, and she flowed into the tiny device. It closed with a joyous click, and unsupported, started its roll down the magazine. It fell from the counter and bounced to the tile with a soft clack, then popped open and released the creature within. Returning from light proved far more disorienting than becoming it, however. Reality materialized around the former trainer as she reclaimed her solid form, splayed across the ground in stunned stupor. Her ears flicked as she realigned with the universe, and a sympathetic understanding of what her team endured each time they were chosen took a deep root in her thoughts. With that understanding came a deepened kinship, and with that kinship even greater euphoria. She couldn’t wait to show them. Clawed toes clacked against tile as she stood, and with a toothy grin across her snout, she plucked the ball from the floor and shrank it into her palm. It slotted into the ring of her pendant easily, and her tails lashed with unrestrained delight as she ran the pads of her fingers over the ball, her ball. Parker yipped with glee and bolted through the door, overeager and overjoyed to show her friends and team.

The workshop hummed with life. Shelves stacked with the best parts money could buy lined the shelves, immaculate in their chrome and gunmetal finishes. Cybernetic of the highest order, arms, legs, and the parts to construct anything else lined the workbenches, scattered in an order only comprehensible to their maker. An open space marked the center of the room, durable, smooth flooring marred only by the Board's garrish emblem. Bishop turned his attention back to the terminal at his primary desk. A wealth of technical knowledge and diagrams danced at his finger tips. The Board's library of cybernetics was extensive, and it had only grown more so over the mouse's short tenure. If he needed a paper, it was bought. If he needed a part, it was sourced. For once purchasing danced to his direction, and it should have been the most freeing thing in the world. It was the gig researchers technicians and engineers salivate over, the very pinnacle of their fields, total freedom to create and the bottomless accounts to bankroll it. The mouse could build and learn anything he wanted, so long as it served the one, primary, singular mission given to him. What you’re asking for is more than just a weapon a weapon or a tool. If you need it to be that advanced, it will be a living, thinking thing as smart as your or I. Maybe more so. I'm not asking for an ethics report, Bishop. Make it happen, or you're finished here. The mouse's gaze shifted to the slab, the crown jewel of the Board's mechanics lab. Upon it laid a disjointed selection of parts, vaguely humanoid in shape. Arms thicker than his chest and legs thicker yet splayed around an open torso. The mouse could have fit in that chest cavity if curled up, but a pilot suit was not his objective. The part that filled that role laid rested on his desk, a core the soze of his head. That device straddled the line of science and magic, the tangible fruit of a lengthy reverse engineering campaign. He tried not to think of the costs … The software side of his endeavor was well beyond his realm of understanding, but several models existed to simplify the process. Implant the proper model, feed it enough data, and it would take on the personality of the subject, or at least an approximation of it. Using it to bring back the dead was already ethically gray, but doing to the living was something else entirely. Bishop swallowed and pushed that notion aside for later. Two and a half decades of archived security footage and sat in the upload queue. The more data, the better the copy, and this one would be one of the most accurate created utilizing the model. Bishop stood on his precipice, overlooking he knew not what. There were failsafes in place, of course, but he could not predict how his creation would react to creation. Would she be as violent and untamable as the real thing? For his simulacrum to accomplish her goal, she would need to be. The unknowns were numerous and varied, and that kind of uncertainty grew all the more daunting once wrapped in an eight foot, multi-ton frame. Is this what parents feel like, trying to decide on having a child? Or am I overthinking this? His cursor hovered over the upload button for an eternal moment. Under any other circumstances he would walk away, but he’d gone too far to turn back now. The mouse could tolerate uprooting his own life once more, but there were people that needed him. What the Korps had done could not go unanswered. He closed his eyes and initiated the process. I hope you won’t hate me for this.

Happy trans day of visibility yall. I've been a gay as hell trans lesbian story over the last couple months, and I'm starting to get to the truly joyous bits. So have a snippet of a trans woman trying on a dress for the first time <3
For a man in a dress, she didn’t look bad. Cloth hung loose around her chest, an irritating reminder of her flatness, but the color complimented her fur well. It wasn’t until she dared to look up that the garment truly worked its magic, however. Allen no longer stared back at her, but Sindri did. Gone was her dull green gaze, which then glittered with life and joy. The perpetual frown of her muzzle gave way to a cautious smile, which only widened the longer she looked. It swelled into a wide, joyous expression, and it was beautiful. The maned wolf flipped her hair to the side and cocked her hip, admiring her reflection for the first time in gods know how long. The thin fabric did well to hide the bones of her hips, the points of her knees, at least until she cocked them to the side and revealed them. Sindri shifted her weight and pulled them back away from the fabric. A playful curtsy kindled a giggle in her chest and warmth in her muzzle. A spin flared the hem of the garment out and earned a melodic, euphoric laugh.
