I am not a designer, I have done some graphics #design while I was in college and I do dabble in it at times.

One of the difficult things to do for me at least is to find the right #color #palette for a project, and now I have started looking at the world to learn it.

Water hyacinth or കുളവാഴ is an invasive species from South America introduced to India by the British for its flowers.

It kills fishes and other organisms and reduces the biodiversity.

It is a long exposure photograph of the Palarivattom flyover taken from the pedestrian overpass. The camera is facing the flyover towards the Edapally side. The camera is not at the dead centre of the road because the trees blocked the view. It shows the red streaks of light formed by the car rear lights on the left side of the road and white streaks of light of the headlights on the right side of the road with the divided containing plants and trees in between the left and right lanes. The flyover is at the far end of the photo where the road slowly starts curving up a little. There are also dashed yellow streaks made by the flashing indicator of the vehicles wanting to exit the highway towards the left.

If you have a #flipper zero, now would be a good time to check if your battery has started bulging. There are boards on the top and it will bend. It will be damaged if you leave it in storage.

Nights are beautiful

This is a view from Queen's walkway towards the #Goshree bridge in #Kochi

The name Kochi has different stories for its origin
Kochu Azhi (small lagoon) -> Kochi
Goshree (sanskrit) -> Kochi
Co chin (chin - china) -> Kochi

It is a beautiful #city!

On first look this looks like some other place but it is the start of the #infopark expressway where it meets seaport airport road.

There is a very small water fall - a cascade that is flowing from one moss covered rock into a creek between two rocks. There is a forest in the background, roots on the rocks. There is a big rock in the foreground. The flowing water looks white, milk-ish because of the long exposure effect.

There is an unused railway station called the Cochin Harbour Terminus at #Willingdon Island. It is not a safe place to visit - people with substance use disorder, people experiencing homelessness.

It is a really #calm and #quiet place though.

The photo shows an old abandoned railway station. The station board is clearly visible which says Cochin Harbour Terminus in Malayalam, Hindi and English. The tracks are full of grass and they've encroached onto the platform. The truss work and everything else seem to be well preserved. It is clean except for used needles and other used addictive substance packets here and there.
