Here's a comparison of the content added in a few updates compared to a hypothetical 1.22 made up of the four drops from 2025.
My counting might be different than that of others, but it's consistent.

A lot of Minecraft fans have hated every update.
"a modder could make this in a week" has been said by Redditors since 2012.
They hated big updates being too far apart, and they hate small updates being too frequent.

I think most people have already heard of this by now, but if you haven't-
MIT offers a LOT of courses for free at ocw.mit.edu. You can also access courses from Harvard (and many other Universities) through www.edx.org for free, although most are time constrained.
There are tons of game dev courses!
