If your family is immunocompromised then I doubt anyone would advise you make any effort to bring them near you or your pets. Bird flu is a real concern. You can only do what is best for both you and the animal until a specialist can get to them. I get how you feel regardless. It's tough.

I have seen many wildlife rehab folks advise everyone to put their own health first. Calling an avian/animal wildlife specialist is really what they advise. You can certainly put in a box if you feel safe but they don't even advise you feed them really.

If it helps at all, you gave the bird comfort and warmth. So if for some reason they don't make it, and I hope they do, just remember it was shown love and safety it needed.

They are called Pats Nation for a reason. There are fans all over the country and Globe. See the game in Germany. Also, New England is multiple states. All but maybe western CT cares. Cry more.

2020 and then 2024 for me. A complete nightmare.

Also 195 for 5, an intended RPE 9 drop set.

Thank you! The love you show for your previous work is how it should be.

Mmm. Pancakes.

It's also weird he let the WOTC thing sit for about a year before suddenly clarifying. The approach comes off calculated. He could easily just focus on Divinity, redirect them to Divinity. But he takes every opportunity to downplay BG3 in interviews. It's a high bar, but he doesn't have to lower it.
December 28, 2025 at 2:05 PM
I get the creative limitations, but honestly? He didn't say this for two years and he's only saying it while simultaneously saying how it will be "much better" and "much bigger" than BG3. It doesn't seem like he's being honest as much as suddenly trying to diminish a previous work to hype a new one.

Unfortunately if you read the article I shared, he actually denies THAT was the reason and THEN says it's because they weren't excited when making it. He actually Tweeted this clarification about it not being about WOTC doing that recently too. Which, IMO, makes what he said a lot worse.

It's definitely not doing the studio any favors.
December 28, 2025 at 4:28 AM
That is what it seems like and yes it is. Which is another reason why I think he is behaving this way. He was quick to hop on that stage and talk his shit when BG3 won awards but now he is diminishing it to avoid it overshadowing his IP. And I say his because it is privately owned by him & his wife.
December 28, 2025 at 4:11 AM
He keeps getting more and more negative about BG3 every time I read an interview. It's unsettling. Also, really dangerous to say what he is saying. BG3 is an extremely high bar. Maybe that's why he's going openly negative? Trying to lower the bar. That's the only possible reason I can think of.

He is being SUPER weird in interviews. One interview for Bloomberg he days Divinity will be "way better" than BG3, then another he says it will be "much bigger," and now he goes as far as to say they weren't excited "working on the D&D thing" and that 5E was too restrictive.
December 28, 2025 at 3:44 AM
That's incredible
December 28, 2025 at 2:00 AM
Legit. Did he learn nothing from the AI incident with how he runs his mouth? I also hate when game studios do this. They behave as if a new game can't succeed if they aren't diminishing the previous one during the new game's PR campaign.

I wish I could agree, but Swen is now going in that direction and I am not thrilled at all. Quote: "we weren't excited about what we were making back when we were doing the D&D thing." He's actively NOT helping the situation with these takes. share.google/2CZiV7oAQqA9...
