Sorry, I was not aware of that. So in that case, if she was prepared to pay for all the other people coming for free meals, I think that would be OK. Although it would get costly at her end. Perhaps the restaurant could give her a raise, so she would be able to pay for it all.

Actually, Americans have been prosecuted for lying on a gun form, specifically the ATF Form 4473, which is required for purchasing firearms from a FFL holder. In 2017, 12 individuals were prosecuted.

Agreed. She gave away company product. It’s not hers to give away, and she did not pay for it. No way to run a business. Imagine all the servers giving out free food - iHop will no longer be a profitable business but a charity.
