Either that or ISPs should have automatic filtering so that all NSFW content is blocked by default (sites not just pages). Parents and other adults can opt out if they choose. Fines for all parents that do not conform that is proportional to wages so that it does not just focus on poorer people.

I would like to explore more savvy ways of filtering solutions. Force parents to hand over IMEI and MAC addresses of the under 18s equipment. Either that or put the focus back on parents generally as I fear they have lost the ability to say no to children for ease and a quiet life.
